Step 01
Peel the Backing
Starting at the top corner, peel back just the top portion of the liner. Take it slow — the adhesive stays workable, so you can reposition the panel without losing its grip.
Step 02
Align Your First Panel
Use a level to draw a light pencil line as your guide — don't rely on ceilings or baseboards, since they're rarely perfectly straight. Press the top edge into place along your line.
Step 03
Smooth as You Go
Working from the top down and the center outward, slowly pull the backing while pressing the panel onto the wall. Use a smoothing tool to push any air bubbles toward the edges.
Step 04
Trim the Edges
Use a sharp utility knife to trim the excess at the baseboard, ceiling, and around outlets or trim. Change your blade often — a fresh edge keeps cuts crisp and clean.
Step 05
Refresh, Restyle, Repeat
No paste, no damage, no second-guessing. When you're ready for a new look, the panels peel off cleanly and the wall comes back exactly how you left it. Share your space @_wallwear.
Step 01
Trim to Fit
If you need to size a panel down for a door or odd-shaped surface, place it face-up on a flat surface and use a metal straightedge with a sharp utility knife. Cut slowly with light pressure for a crisp edge.
Step 02
Peel & Position the Top
Peel back the top few inches of the liner and align the top edge of the panel against the surface. Don't press it all down yet — just the top, so you can still adjust if it isn't straight.
Step 03
Smooth Onto the Surface
Once the top is in place, slowly pull the backing down while pressing the panel against the wall with a smoothing tool. Work from the center outward to push air toward the edges.
Step 04
Finish the Seams
Where panels meet, press firmly along the seam and run your fingertip down the edge to make sure both sides are fully adhered. A clean seam is what makes the finished surface look seamless.
Step 05
Anywhere You Like
Panels work as beautifully on doors, half-walls, and recessed panels as they do on a flat wall. When you move out — or just want a change — they peel off without damage. Share your space @_wallwear.
Step 01
Measure Your Space
Measure the width and height of your area and divide by the tile size to plan your layout. For the most balanced look, start from the center and work outward toward the edges.
Step 02
Dry-Fit Your First Tile
Hold a tile against the wall without peeling the backing to confirm placement. Mark a light pencil line along one edge as your guide — it'll be hidden by the next tile.
Step 03
Peel the Backing
Once you're happy with the layout, peel the paper backing off the back of the tile. Hold the tile by the edges to avoid touching the adhesive — fingerprints can leave marks.
Step 04
Press & Smooth in Place
Line the tile up with your pencil mark and press it firmly onto the wall, working from the center to the edges to seal it down. Run your hand across the surface to make sure it's fully bonded.
Step 05
Cut Around Outlets
For outlets, switches, or odd corners, use a sharp utility knife or scissors to trim the tile to size. Measure twice and cut slowly for a clean fit.
Step 06
Continue the Pattern
Repeat across the space, lining each tile up flush with its neighbor. When you reach the edge, trim any final tiles to fit — then step back and admire your work. Share it @_wallwear.
